It cant be big job, just push "reset" button on persona and another. BTW i sent first mesage long time ago, before 31st and nothing. One of my clan commrades had it in one day and i still waiting for approx 10 days now, maybe more..

Me too, twice they resent me "u r flaged" and still nothing today i sent third mail, without responce. First two long before 31st, first they told "in five days" second answer was "your account is flagged already" and still nothing.
